Cost

Full Board $450 per month includes One 12X12 stall Daily STALL CLEANING Rubber STALL MATS & SHAVINGS Indoor FLY SPRAY SYSTEM (summertime) External biological PREDATOR FLY SYSTEM near trails (summertime) Corner feed tub & water bucket in stall PASTURE ~ approximately 12 hours a day HAY ~ daily when not in pasture FEED ~ barn choice TWO FEEDINGS Daily (Desired supplements are to be provided by Owner and will be distributed to your horse during feeding times.) Unlimited SALT and drinking WATER Daily GROUP TURNOUT/TURN-IN (unless inclement weather prohibits). Note: NO switching of pastures allowed. Use of the HOT/COLD WATER WASH RACK (except wintertime) Use of the (225 ft. X 135 ft.) RIDING ARENA, (20 meter diameter) BREAKING PEN, and half-mile oval RACE TRACK. One bridle rack and one saddle rack per horse in tack area. It is suggested that you label your equipment. Tack is to be kept in designated areas only, NOT in barn isles unattended.
